Our owner - Robbie Dowdall - has always honoured his home town and how it has made him the man he is today. 'The Pale' pays homage to the incredible seafood of Howth, Dublin and the hearty, warming home comfort food of Ireland in general. All of the dishes on the menu are an ode to his mother, father and two sons, hopefully offering our guests a home away from home - as Lincoln has been to him for the years he has spent here.
